Dear Friends of Pine Creek,

It's been a lot of fun out at the Club lately! We've had some incredible weather and our bird hunts have been amazing. The dogs love the cooler weather and have been working hard busting up covies for all the shooters.

We've had a lot of great events lately too. Todd Newman, with Revana Family Vineyards out in California, came in to introduce our members to some wines that were a huge hit. You can read more about the visit in the article below. Also, we recently held the Member-Guest Sporting Clays Championship and have some more Championships coming up on the calendar.

Although we have a few more months of great hunting ahead, there's never been a better time to come visit Pine Creek Sporting Club. If you haven't been, or haven't been in awhile please reach out to John Reynolds or Alex Tijerina to schedule a tour of South Florida's premiere wing and clay shooting club.

Champion's Season

The Championship season kicked off this past Saturday, with the Member-Guest Sporting Clays Competition. Mark Simpson & Steve Myers took first place, Robert Durkin & Jeremy Myers were Runner Up. Mark Simpson had highest overall score (94), Robert Durkin was Runner Up top scorer (93).

Revana Family Vineyard visits Pine Creek Sporting Club

Todd Newman, from Revana Family Vineyard in Napa Valley, California, recently visited Pine Creek Sporting Club members to host an unforgettable Wine Dinner at the Lodge following the January Tower Shoot. Todd introduced members and their guests to four outstanding wines: 2008 & 2005 Revana Cabernet, 2010 Alexana Riesling, and 2009 Alexana Signature Pinot Noir.

Revana Family Vineyard's award winning wine maker Heidi Barrett was formally with Screaming Eagle vineyards. The Revana wines have been recipient of numerous awards, including #1 Cabernet of the year for the 2005 vintage.
